Paznic, LLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Paznic”, “Company”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and website visitors (“you” or “your”). We created this Privacy Policy (the “policy”) to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you visit our website or use our online platform, PAZNIC (collectively, the “Online Services”).
Please note that some of the information that we collect through the Online Services may be subject to our agreements with our customers, our customers’ agreements with financial institutions, and separate laws, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”). We primarily collect, process, and handle personal information on behalf of our customers under specific agreements that we have in place with those customers. Under those circumstances, such information will be subject to our customers’ control and, if applicable, separate privacy policies under the GLBA. Please contact the specific customer or review that customer’s privacy policy for how your personal information may be used and disclosed, such as when the customer uploads your personal information into the Online Services.
This policy only applies to the personal information we collect through your access or use of the Online Services that we own and independently control. As stated above, this policy does not apply to the personal information we collect about individuals that we process on behalf of our customers.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This policy may change from time to time (see “Changes To This Policy”).

The content of this policy may change, so please check it from time to time. We reserve the right to amend this policy at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this policy, we will post the updates on the Online Services and update the Policy’s “Last Revised” date above. By continuing to use the Online Services following updates and changes to this policy, you are accepting those updates and changes.
WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

- Information provided by others using the Online Services, such as information about you provided by our customer. For example, if you are going to be using the Online Services on behalf of one of our customers.

- to provide you with our products and services, including to ensure you can access your account through the Online Services;
- to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts related to the Online Services, such as the terms and conditions for PAZNIC or contracts with our customer related to use of the Online Services;
- to notify you about changes to our Online Services;
- to enable communications with you regarding our services, such as through email, text message, and phone;
- to perform data analytics and support our operations, including to improve the Online Services, as permitted by GLBA and other applicable laws;
- to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide your information and in any other way we may describe when you provide the information;
- to protect and secure our Online Services, assets, network, and business operations, to comply with legal requirements and enforce our rights, and to detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be fraudulent or illegal; and
- for any other purpose with your consent.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose information that we collect about you, or that you provide directly to us:
- to our related companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates;
- to third party service providers and to vendors we engage to perform functions on our behalf such as: billing and collection providers; auditing and accounting firms; professional services consultants; providers of analytics services; security vendors; and IT vendors;
- to our customers or financial institutions with which you are employed by or acting on behalf of in accessing or using the Online Services;

We may also disclose aggregated and/or deidentified information about our users that does not identify an individual.

The Online Services may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of any other site or platform that collects your personal information.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our Online Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to us through use of the Online Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 unless we have verification of parental or guardian consent. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to us through the Online Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13 without parental or guardian consent, please contact us in one of the ways provided in the “Contacting Us” section, below.

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your information. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to the Online Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
