Daniel Caffee ("Developer", "us", "our", or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"). We created this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you download, install, or use the Agent Field mobile application (the "App").

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This Policy may change from time to time (see "Changes to This Policy" below).

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The content of this Policy may change, so please check it from time to time. The Developer reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. When changes are made to this Policy, the updates will be posted within the App and the Policy's "Last Revised" date above will be updated. By continuing to use the App following updates and changes to this Policy, you are accepting those updates and changes.

WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect several types of information about you, including:

Information you provide directly, such as:

Your name, email address, phone number, and job title when you register for an account;
Your employer and work location;
Information you enter when using the App, such as work order details, job notes, time logs, and task updates; and
Any correspondence you send to us, including support requests.

Information collected automatically as you use the App, such as:

Device information, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers;
IP address and general location information derived from your network connection;
App usage details, including features accessed, session duration, and interactions within the App;
Crash reports and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix technical issues; and
Push notification tokens, if you opt in to receive push notifications.

Location information, if you grant the App permission to access your device's location services. We may collect precise GPS location data to support field service features such as job dispatch, route tracking, and on-site time verification. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings.

Information provided by your employer or our customers, such as your work assignment details, department, and access permissions entered by your organization's administrator when setting up the App on your behalf.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features, including account access and field service management tools;
To fulfill the contractual obligations we have with your employer or our customers related to the use of the App;
To communicate with you about your account, technical updates, and changes to the App;
To send push notifications related to job assignments, status updates, and alerts, where you have opted in to receive them;
To perform data analytics and support our business operations, including improving App performance and user experience;
To protect and secure the App, our systems, assets, and business operations, and to detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be fraudulent or illegal;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights arising from applicable law or contracts; and
For any other purpose with your consent.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose information that we collect about you, or that you provide directly to us:

To third-party service providers and vendors engaged to perform functions on our behalf, such as: cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; billing and payment processors; analytics providers; security vendors; and customer support platforms;
To your employer or the organization on whose behalf you are using the App, in connection with the services provided to them;
To another entity in connection with, or during negotiations of, any sale of assets, change in ownership control, or financing transaction;
To fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected;
For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; and
With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government, regulatory, or law enforcement request;
To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; and
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Developer, our users, or others.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information about our users that does not identify any individual.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any other service that collects your personal information.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to us through the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13 without parental or guardian consent, please contact us using the information in the "Contacting Us" section below.

HOW WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to protect against the loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your information.

The security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately using the information below.

YOUR CHOICES

You may have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information, depending on where you are located. These may include:

Accessing, correcting, or requesting deletion of your personal information by contacting us;
Opting out of push notifications by adjusting your device notification settings;
Disabling location access through your device settings, though this may limit certain App features; and
Requesting that we stop processing your information in certain circumstances.

Please note that some requests may be subject to verification of your identity, and we may be unable to fulfill certain requests where doing so would conflict with our legal obligations or the legitimate interests of your employer or our customers.
